Description

Saturday's Cacao Ceremony is all about giving love and deep forgiveness.

We all have someone, if not ourselve, who we need to forgive, be it from the past or in the present. This simple yet very powerful Metta meditation will help you realize that we are all interconnected in Spirit and that at the heart & soul of all of us is an eternal purity that seeks unconditional love for ourselves and all.

It is a meditation from the heart. The heart will first be opened with the help of mama cacao followed by a visual metta meditation and a old Hawaii chant.

Last year this was a sold out early so please book in advance.
