This one-day journey is designed to guide you into deeper awareness, offering space for profound insight, gentle release, and renewal. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, fresh perspective on patterns that emerge in silence of the mind and tools to carry presence into everyday life.

This retreat is designed for individuals seeking true presence, stillness and insight into their spiritual self and let go of old egoistic patterns.
